* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Grube family prays, hopes for resolution in double murder

FORT RECOVERY - The past six months seem like an eternity for the Grube family of Fort Recovery. They have been clinging to prayer, community support and hope since the murder of two of their family members.

ST. MARYS - As many as 2,000 people - nearly a fourth of the city's population - may not be paying income taxes totaling as much as $50,000 annually, according to city administrators.
People who live in St. Marys and work outside of the city may not even know they're required to file, director of public service and safety Jason Little said. Some may assume their employer is taking care of it, and the city has no ordinance saying residents must file. [More]

Council may seek tax to finance new pool
ST. HENRY - Village residents likely will vote this fall on increasing the income tax rate to help fund a new swimming pool.
Council members on Tuesday informally agreed to an additional 1/2 percent income tax after several months of discussion. The town currently collects a 1 percent income tax.

CELINA - The Aldi grocery will open its new store June 7 at its old location, 2001 Havemann Road.
The discount grocery store has been operating from a temporary location in the Galleria shopping center since May 2011. The original store was destroyed by a tornado April 19, 2011.
