Michael Zahn
Former Coldwater resident Michael J. Zahn, 57, Aurora, Colo., died July 4, 2012, at Presbyterian St. Luke Hospital in Denver, Colo.
He was born Oct. 8, 1954, to Marcellus "Mike" and Mabel Klosterman Zahn. On Jan. 21, 1989, he married Debra Calkins, who survives in Aurora.
Also surviving are two daughters, Marissa Zahn, Aurora, and Lauren (Chris) Dorman, Burlington, Colo.; a son, Matthew (Sara) Calkins, Denver; two sisters, Shirley (Bob) Hogan, Coldwater, and Robin (Don) LaBayer, Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, Norman (Mary) Zahn, Coldwater; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Irene Zahn; and a brother, Roger Zahn.
He graduated from Fort Loramie High School in 1973 and was self employed in Aurora.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Aurora.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Friday at the church.
Services are being handled by Newcomer's Mortuary in Aurora.
Memorials may be given to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Denver.
