Lorena Vannett
Lorena K. Vannett, 93, Coldwater, died July 16, 2012, at her home.
She was born Aug. 28, 1918, in North Star to George and Mary Overman Zumbrink. On Aug. 16, 1941, she married William F. Vannett, who died July 3, 1980.
Surviving are two daughters, Sharon Thomas, Coldwater, and Jayne (Ronnie) Norton, Celina; a daughter-in-law, Pam Vannett, Delphos; 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Werner Depweg; a son, William N. Vannett; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Leona and Albert Everman and Romania and Bevan Linn.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and its St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality. She worked as a baby sitter for many years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Marc Soellner officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
