Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. WAPAKONETA - Storm-damaged buildings at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds were patched and cleaned prior to the fair four weeks ago but now require a permanent fix.
