Rodney Lauth

Rodney C. Lauth, 41, Decatur, Ind., formerly of Mendon, died Dec. 24, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.

He was born Oct. 31, 1971, in Celina, to Everett and Phyliss Lauth. His father and mother, Phyliss Shimp Trisel, survive in Mendon.

Surviving are his sons, Caleb French, Mendon, and Coty French, Greenville, S.C.; his daughter, Leslie Lauth, Decatur, Ind.; his brother, Todd (Marla) Lauth, Sidney, and two sisters, Jennifer Williams, Celina, and Ashley (Rob) Link, Coldwater.

He was a retired welder.

Private family services are noon Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at a later date.

Calling is 9 a.m. until noon Saturday at the funeral home.
