* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of high heat and humidity can be especially hazardous as warm overnight temperatures will provide little relief.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Auglaize.
* WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 542 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Waynesfield, Uniopolis, St. Johns, Fryburg and New Hampshire.

Betty Lou Amey
Betty Lou Davis Amey, 80, passed away Jan. 8, 2013, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born Sept. 27, 1932, in Clarksburg, W.V., but resided in Celina and Defiance for the bulk of her life.
Surviving are her San Antonio family, three grandchildren, Brink Davis Amey, Maxwell Travis Amey and Hannah Rae Amey, and a daughter-in-law, Michelle Amey. Other surviving family members include three nephews, Brad Myers (Steve Rowlands), Doug (Deb) Myers and Bill (Sheryl) Davis; three great-nieces and their families, Toby and Brad Carpenter (Tatem, Finley), Lindsay and Kevin Hinshaw (Taylor, Max), and Ashley Myers and fiancé Paul Kaczmarczyk; and a number of cousins, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Niles Brink Amey; son, Niles Travis Amey; and siblings, Marty Jo (Davis) Wise, Lawrence M. Davis, Jr. and Jeanette (Davis) Myers.
She was a member of many local organizations and a recognized local artist in Defiance. She resided in San Antonio from August 2011 to present.
A memorial service is 11 a.m. Saturday at Zion's Lutheran Church, Defiance, the Rev. Timothy G. Reynolds officiating.
