* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

John Harris
John Richard Harris, 76, Rockford, died at 9:56 a.m. May 31, 2013, at Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert.
He was born Feb. 25, 1937, in Paulding County to Walter and Marvel Scott Harris. In 1967, he married Mary Ann Michael, who died on Jan. 2, 2009.
Surviving are two brothers, Doyle E. (Jane) Harris, Van Wert, and Terry L. (Jill) Harris, Haviland; a companion, Kathy Sill of Rockford; and several nieces and nephews.
He had lived the past 46 years in Rockford and had been employed at New Idea, Coldwater. He had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
Funeral services are 12 p.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina with graveside services by Celina V.F.W.
Calling is 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
