* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

As Whitey Klosterman, Hazen Davis and Bud Preston surround the oval table in the middle of Klosterman's kitchen, the three men entertained all kinds of topics in a nearly hour-long bull session earlier this spring.

Supporters of legalizing medical marijuana working to put issue on ballot
CELINA - Ohioans next year may cast votes to legalize marijuana for medical purposes.
The state's Ballot Board last week validated the Ohio Cannabis Rights Amendment. Supporters now must collect 385,253 signatures from 44 of 88 counties to place the measure on the November 2014 ballot.
