Eulalia Binegar
Eulalia Lee Binegar, 83, Dunkirk, Ind., passed away Sept. 18, 2013, at Millers Merry Manor, Dunkirk.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, Portland, Ind., the Rev. Carl Stone officiating. Burial will follow in IOOF Cemetery.
