HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Gusty winds may arrive well ahead of any rain.
Locations impacted include... Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Chippewa Park, Moulton, Chickasaw, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Montezuma, Fryburg, and Montra.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 97 and 114.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Ralph Rabe
Ralph D. Rabe, 93, St. Marys, died at 2:13 p.m. Sept. 18, 2013, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
He was born Feb. 27, 1920, in Mercer County, to Vintson and Esther Shroyer Rabe. On April 20, 1947, he married Margaret Jones in St. Marys, and she died Jan. 10, 1995.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty (Stephen) McCoy, St. Marys, and two sisters, Mary Montague, Dayton, and Jeanie (Pleasant "Verlie") Boroff, St. Marys.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Merle Rabe
He was a graduate of Wabash High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre during World War II. He was a farmer and retired production employee for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys. He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church and American Legion Post #323, both in St. Marys. His favorite pastimes included bowling, golfing, playing cards and bingo.
Funeral rites are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Jon Kraner officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
