Darlene Purk
Darlene Purk, 70, Sebring, Fla., formerly of Celina, passed away Sept. 18, 2013, in Sebring.
She was born Jan. 31, 1943, in Cincinnati, to Glen A. and Genevieve White Ford.
Surviving are her husband of 20 years, Charles R. Purk of Sebring, Fla.; her son, Jerry (Sue) Hall, West Milton; four brothers, Glen Ford, Robert Ford, Paul Ford and Richard Gibbel, all of Ohio; one sister, Carol Sowders of New Hampshire; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was a nutrition director in the health care field, enjoyed craft work and loved her family. She was a faithful member of Sebring Christian Church and a prayer warrior.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sebring Christian Church, the Rev. Tod Schwingel, officiating.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Sebring Christian Church, Sebring, Fla.
