The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued an Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio, from 7 AM Thursday to midnight EDT Thursday night.
Smoke from Canadian wildfires will adversely impact air quality. The Agency expects the Air Quality Index to be in the 'unhealthy for sensitive groups' range.

Phyllis Kuhn
Phyllis Ann Kuhn, 80, Celina, died at 12:20 a.m. Oct. 11, 2013, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born July 17, 1933, in Mercer County, to Russell T. and Ocie I. Roebuck Fetters. On Aug. 9, 1952, she married Harold "Bud" Kuhn, who died Jan. 21, 1995.
Surviving are two sons, Gary (Roxann) Kuhn and Mark (Kelly) Kuhn, all of Celina; a daughter, Marsha (Marvin) Kuhn, Celina; a sister, Carol (Hubert) Allen, Celina; and a sister-in-law, Shirley (Joe) Boley, Coldwater; five grandchildren, Jenny (John) Byglin, Bruce Kuhn, Amy Kuhn, Tom Kuhn and Laura Kuhn; and three great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Byglin, Emily Byglin and Ella Byglin.
A homemaker, she was a member of Landfair United Methodist Church and past member of Hopewell Grange.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with burial in Swamp College Cemetery.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
