CELINA - Some Ohio cities are spending more money to eliminate contaminants from their municipal drinking water, but Celina, which draws its water from Grand Lake, is continuing with the same successful treatment process it has used for years.
Microcystin toxins have never been detected in the city's drinking water, said Mike Sudman, Celina's water treatment plant superintendent. [More]

VAN WERT - Just when it looked like New Knoxville was in full control of the momentum, Marion Local's volleyball team showed the reason why they are the defending state champions in Division IV.
The Flyers were trailing 6-2 in the third set with the match tied at one-game apiece when Marion Local held New Knoxville to just 20 points over the final two games to win the district championship 25-21, 22-25, 25-17 and 25-9 on Thursday night at The Cougars Den in Van Wert. [More]
