Jack D. Kuck, 83, New Knoxville, died at 10:40 a.m. Oct. 27, 2013, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Funeral arrangements are being completed at Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home, New Knoxville.
