Some patchy fog will linger this afternoon, but more widespread fog is expected tonight into Monday morning. Visibilities are likely to be reduced below one mile, with quarter mile or lower visibilities possible.
Isolated locations may observe temperatures at or just below freezing. If dense fog occurs in these locations, some slick spots may develop on elevated surfaces.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Florence Berning
Florence Berning, 92, Hoagland, Ind., died at 8:20 p.m. Oct. 26, 2013, at the Village of Heritage in Monroeville, Ind.
She was born April 26, 1921, in Mercer County, to Charles A. and Anna M. (Tegler) Siebert. On Sept. 16, 1951, she married Frederick W. Berning, who died Nov. 26, 2012.
Surviving is a daughter, Elaine (Jim) McDonald, Tempe, Ariz.; sons, Norman (Cindy) Berning, Hoagland, Dean Berning, Decatur, Ind., and Roger Berning, Hoagland; a sister, Annetta Siebert, Celina; a brother, Paul J. Siebert, Celina; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild.
Deceased are four brothers, Walter, Irvin, Robert and Lee A. Siebert; and four sisters, Louella Seddelmeyer, Esther Rasawehr, Bertha Waggoner and Wilhelmina Gambrell.
She was a homemaker and had worked at General Electric for four years. During World War II, she was honorably discharged from the United States Army, serving in the Women's Army Corps, where she was a physical training instructor and also received training as a medical-surgical technician.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church-Bingen and its Ladies Guild. She also was a member of the Allen County Farm Bureau Board and served as a woman's leader.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church-Bingen, the Rev. Peter Brock will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.
