* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

James Shauver
James C. Shauver, 92, formerly of Madison Township Jay County, Ind., passed away Oct. 26, 2013, at Persimmon Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Portland, Ind. He also was a former resident of Celina.
He was born Feb. 25, 1921, in Jay County, Ind., to James L. and Dortha (Bailey) Shauver. He was married in 1942 to Georganna Williams, who died in 1977. He married Gladys Kuhn in 1979 and she passed away in 2005.
Survivors include a son, Donald (Anita) Shauver, Salamonia, Ind.; a daughter, Sandra Johnson, Portland; two stepsons, Terry (Vicki) Kuhn, Spencerville, and Ron Kuhn, Celina; a stepdaughter, Deb (Tim) Rutschilling, Celina; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of Salamonia United Church of Christ and also attended Grace Missionary Church while residing in Celina. He graduated from Madison Township High School in 1940. He retired from Westinghouse in Union City after more than 30 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a member of the VFW post 2840 in Salamonia and the American Legion posts in Portland and Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, Portland, the Revs. Herb Hummel and Pastor Bruce Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Salamonia Cemetery, with military rites by Portland American Legion Post 211.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
