* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

A few hours of light snow are expected late this evening, mainly after 8 pm. While accumulations will be light, some challenging travel conditions may develop given the cold temperatures.
Additional snow may linger through Monday morning with accumulations remaining light. However, increasing winds and very cold temperatures will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.

Lois Joseph
Lois M. Joseph, 84, Lima, died at 12:35 p.m. Nov. 10, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Nov. 11, 1928, in Rockford, to Waldo and Mae Book Thomas.
On Nov. 11, 1956, she married Eugene A. "Gene" Joseph, who died June 26, 2010.
Survivors include a son, Tim E. (Lori) Joseph, Norcross, Ga.; four grandsons, Alexander (Kelly) Joseph, Simpsonville, S.C.; Christopher (Sarah Rhodes) Joseph, Annapolis, Md.; Anderson (Kathryn) Joseph, Columbus, Ga., and Samuel Joseph, Laramie, Wyo.; three brothers, Jim (Jean) Thomas, Rockford; Carl (Mary) Thomas, Columbus, and Wayne (Connie) Thomas, Bowling Green; and a sister, Eunice (Glen) Richardson, Lima.
She was preceded in death by a son, Greg Joseph, and three sisters, Jeanette (Don) Hellwarth, Betty (Maurice) Simpson and Joan (Fred) Hasis.
She was a graduate of Mendon-Union High School and was a homemaker, loving mother and wife. While her children were young she was a Cub Scout den mother and was very involved in the Bath School PTO. She enjoyed reading, writing, traveling, square dancing and spending time with her family at their summer camp in Coldwater, Mich.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Shawnee Chapel Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, the Rev. Tim Benjamin will officiate. Burial of cremains will be at Bluelick Cemetery.
Calling is 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be directed to the Lima Public Library or the American Cancer Society.
