The heavily damaged car of Ronald Albers rests near the intersection of state Routes 118 and 29 following a three-vehicle accident that occurred shortly after 6 a.m. today. Albers, 56, of Portland, Ind., was pronounced dead at the scene by Mercer County Coroner Dr. Timothy Heinrichs.
