* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Dorothy Conn
Dorothy I. Conn, 91, formerly of Marion, Ind., died at 8:24 a.m. Feb. 16, 2014, at The Gardens at Celina Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 11, 1922, in Jonesboro, Ind., to James and Ora (Futrell) Baskett. Her husband, Philip Conn, is deceased.
Survivors include daughters, the Rev. Nancy Raypholtz, St. Marys, Teresa (Paul) Hillsamer, Converse, Ind., and Jill (Phil) Blackburn, Darlington, Md.; a son, Jeff Conn, Gas City, Ind.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Amy Elizabeth Conn, and sisters, Joan Barber and Janet Wilson.
She was a graduate of Jonesboro High School. A homemaker, she was a member of First United Methodist Church in Marion, Ind. Her favorite pastime was spending time at home with her family.
Private services will be held with burial at Grant Memorial Park Cemetery near Marion, Ind.
