* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Monte Anderson
Monte L. Anderson, 59, was called into the presence of the Lord at 9:09 p.m. March 6, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born June 13, 1954, in Celina, to Warren and Betty Kallmeyer-Fox Anderson. His mother survives in Celina. On Sept. 21, 2002, he married Diana C. Wischmeyer Anderson, who survives in Lima.
He is survived by a son, Joseph (Sara) Jackson, Columbus; a daughter, Megan P. Anderson, Lima; three grandchildren, Jonathan Raymond Shane Jackson, Jessica Anne Jackson and Jacob Marcus Dylan Jackson; three brothers, Scott (Denise) Anderson, Celina, Joel (Carol Holdheide) Anderson, Celina, Kevin (Lori) Anderson, Cincinnati; five sisters, Pamela Anderson, Lima, Deborah (Tom May) Anderson, Celina, Lorraine (Tom Cole) Anderson, Montezuma, Stephanie (Alan) Birt, Montezuma, and Lisa (Ron) Ricks, Celina; in-laws, Daniel L. and Lola E. Wischmeyer, Lima; a brother-in-law, Joseph D. Wischmeyer, Lima; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Brent Anderson and Chris Anderson.
He was a 1972 graduate of Celina High School and worked 18 years for the Pipe Fitters Union 776, Jacobs Industrial Services, for the Ineos Plant, Lima Chemical Plant. He had served as a military policeman in the United States Army.
He will be dearly missed and never forgotten by his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.
Funeral services will be at noon Friday at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel, the Rev. Rob White officiating. Military rites will be provided by VFW 1275 and the U.S. Army.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and two hours prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
