Winds will gust 35 to 45 mph at times this afternoon. Please be aware of these strong winds especially if driving a higher profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor objects. Rain will change over to snow showers late this afternoon. While the snow is not expected to accumulate more than one to two tenths of an inch in snow showers, slick spots will be possible this evening and into the overnight hours.

Kenneth Vail
Kenneth Vail, 64, Celina, died March 5, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Dec. 21, 1949, in Indiana, to Harold and Ottie Vail.
He is survived by a friend, Jona Jones, Celina.
Arrangements are being handled by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
