* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

A heavily damaged 2003 Honda rests on westbound state Route 29 near Harris Road following a fatal two-vehicle accident shortly before 7 a.m. today. The driver, 40-year-old Heather McCormick of Celina, was pronounced dead at the scene after she reportedly rear-ended a mobile crane.
