Plan to consolidate facilities considered

CELINA - Voters in the Celina City Schools district may be asked in 2016 to support a bond levy to fund construction.
Superintendent Jesse Steiner said the project would consolidate the district's seven buildings into three and enable the district to cut operating costs. [More]

CELINA - State wildlife officials are closely monitoring the increasing number of double-crested cormorants at Grand Lake to ensure the invasive waterfowl doesn't wipe out other species.
The birds' droppings are toxic to trees and vegetation, and their hearty appetite can reduce fish populations, according to the Ohio Division of Wildlife. [More]
