C. Eugene Ruhlen
C. Eugene "Gene" Ruhlen, 84, passed away at his residence at Otterbein St. Marys on April 30, 2014.
Arrangements are pending at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Mendon.
