* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Charles Voskuhl Jr.
Charles J. Voskuhl Jr., 43, Maria Stein, died Oct. 6, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Dec. 19, 1970, in Coldwater, to Charles Sr. and Sharon Bruggeman Voskuhl. His mother survives in Maria Stein. On Oct. 17, 1998, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Philothea, he married Kate Hess, who survives in Maria Stein.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mackenzie, and a son, Garret, both at home; three sisters, Mona (Dave) Berning, Cassella, Lisa (Randy) Albaugh, Sugarcreek, and Brenda (Doug) Schmitmeyer, Versailles; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Charlie (Joan) Hess, St. Henry, Karen (Mike) Timmerman, Ridgeville, Ind., Mark Hess, Ridgeville, Jim (Barb) Hess, Fort Recovery, Sue (Jack Thobe) Hess, Chickasaw, Dave (Teresa) Hess, St. Henry, and Joyce (Brian) Dicke, Rockford; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are in-laws, Arthur and Adelheit Hess, and a niece, Elizabeth Dicke.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and a 1990 graduate of Marion Local High School. He worked as a painter for Machine Concepts, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Rev. Gene Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be made to the children's college fund.
