* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Connie Manson
Connie S. Manson, 64, Celina, passed away Oct. 7, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Nov. 29, 1949, in Troy, to Max Spitler and Sarah Belle Mayne Hines. Her stepfather was William Richard "Dick" Hines. On July 20, 1974, she married Edwin Timothy "Tim" Manson, who died Nov. 29, 2009.
Surviving are two sons, Timothy A. (Lisa) Manson and Michael A. (Kass Storer) Manson, all of St. Marys; five grandchildren, Wendy Weatherspoon, Kristi Dodds, Miranda Manson, Brett Manson and Marissa Jolliff; a great-granddaughter, Nollie Bergman; and a sister, Bonita (Jim) Coffey of Tennessee.
She had worked at Celina Insurance Group and was retired from Celina Chief Supermarket. She was a member of Celina Eagles Lodge #1291 and was involved in making blankets for Project Linus. She enjoyed reading and crocheting.
No visitation or services are planned.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
