* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

LeRoy Huber Sr.
LeRoy G. Huber Sr., 77, Celina, passed away Oct. 7, 2014, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Nov. 7, 1936, in Carthagena, to Gregor and Margaret Braun Huber. On March 4, 1967, he married Mary Catherine "Cathy" Hart, who died July 26, 2005.
Surviving are two sons, LeRoy Huber Jr. and Carl R. (Michele) Huber, all of Celina; three granddaughters, Karlee, Ashtyn and Brynly; and siblings, Ron (Jeanie) Huber, Covington, Carol (Clifford) Longsworth, Van Wert, Vera Staugler (Vic Rutschilling), Osgood, and Roberta Wagner and Antoinette Burger, both of Celina.
Also deceased are an infant son, Joseph, and 10 siblings, Joseph, Albert, Alfred, Victor, Norbert and Louie Huber, and Betty Lange, Helen Dunlap and Alberta Wagner.
He was a 1955 graduate of St. Henry High School. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and the Union of International Upholsterers and Steelworkers.
He had worked at Pet Milk in Coldwater from 1955-1970 and Mersman Tables in Celina from 1970-1993.
He enjoyed mowing lawns and was an avid bingo and card player. He was a fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Reds. In his younger years, he liked to go fishing and hunting. The Hubers took many family vacations to Michigan where they spent time fishing and mushroom hunting.
Funeral Mass is Monday at Immaculate Conception Church, Celina, the Rev. Kenneth Alt, C.PP.S., officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10:15 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the family or the Alzheimer's Association.
