* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Velma Bergman
Velma M. Bergman, 92, Maria Stein, died at 5:40 a.m. Oct. 31, 2014, at The Gardens of St. Henry.
She was born Sept. 9, 1922, in Egypt, to Joseph and Cecelia Wehrman Prenger. On Nov. 18, 1941, in Egypt, she married Herbert R. Bergman, who died Nov. 12, 2003.
Surviving are nine children, JoAnn Kunkler, Carthagena, Thomas Bergman, Beaumont, Texas, Dorothy Wilker, Englewood, Mildred (John) Heitkamp, Tipp City, Michelle (Gary) Paulus, Vandalia, Ted (Sarah) Bergman, Maria Stein, Theresa Bergman, Richland, Wash., Janet (Kris) Darr, St. Marys, and Jon (Julie) Bergman, Maria Stein; 44 grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 72 great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and in-laws, Alma Prenger, Coldwater, Irene Prenger, Egypt, Evelyn Kunkler, New Weston, Wilma Wynk, Coldwater, Art (Ann) Bergman, Maplewood, and Barbara Winner, Osgood.
Also deceased are a daughter, Jean Bergman; two sons-in-law, Donald Kunkler and Donald Wilker; three grandchildren; a great-grandson; seven siblings, Bernadine (Dan) Hoelscher, Loretta (Victor) Huelskamp, Estella (Edward) Piekenbrock, Irene (Louis) Otte, Victor Prenger, Mark Prenger, and Sally (Andy) Sommers; and in-laws, Verena (Vitalis) Grilliot, Lester Bergman, Virgil Bergman and Fred Kunkler.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and St. Ann's Rosary and Altar Sodality. She worked for Buckeye Apparel, Valley Nursing Home and Bergman Tool.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Rev. Tom Brenberger officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
