* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Jim Schumm
Jim Schumm, 58, Rockford, died at 3:25 p.m. Nov. 1, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Nov. 27, 1955, in Decatur, Ind., to Harold P. and Leahline Case Schumm. On Dec. 4, 1976, he married Karen Mathewson, who survive.
Also surviving are a daughter, Jennifer L. Schumm, Rockford; two sons, Michael J. Schumm, Willshire, and David P. (Angela) Schumm, Willshire; three grandchildren, Kati M. Schumm, Drayden K. Schumm and Lexie M. Schumm; a sister, Kay Schumm, Rockford; and a brother, John Schumm, Rockford.
He was a graduate of Parkway High School and a dairy and grain farmer all his life. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schumm, and a member of the Sons of the Rockford American Legion Post 508. He also was a member of the Mercer County Farm Bureau and a supporter of the Van Wert County Junior Fair.
He loved spending time with his family and friends, and he loved harness racing - especially the Little Brown Jug, which he attended the past 43 years in a row. Most of all, he enjoyed his grandchildren and the times spent playing with them.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Evangelical Church, Schumm, Pastor Jeff Patterson officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
