CELINA - A local man who had been missing since Friday night was found dead Monday afternoon near his ATV that apparently crashed at the Celina compost facility.
Kevin A. Dennis, 24, was reported missing by family and friends Sunday when he didn't show up as expected at a home on Morton Street. Dennis is said to have left a Deford Street home about 11 p.m. Friday, riding a small, yellow four-wheeler, police reports said. [More]

ST. MARYS - St. Marys Intermediate School students have made the cut as one of five national finalists for grades K-5 in the first Compass Learning Classroom Refresh Contest showing how technology makes learning better.

Generated fund used for variety of expenses
CELINA - Celina City Schools officials are asking voters to renew the district's emergency operating levy, which is set to expire in 2016.
At Monday's meeting, school board members voted to place the renewal on the May ballot.
FORT RECOVERY - Village officials likely will pursue a lagoon improvement project next year to accommodate industrial and residential growth. Depending on funding, they may seek to add a third lagoon at an estimated cost of $800,0000.
ST. MARYS - The public will have the chance to vote Wednesday at the intermediate school in the national video contest the school has entered.
People can vote by computer in the intermediate school's front lobby from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. or 4-8 p.m.
COLDWATER - A Greenville Fire Department official has been charged with two counts of voyeurism and could face up to 180 days in jail if convicted.
FORT RECOVERY - Village council members on Monday night passed first reading of an ordinance granting an across-the-board raise of 2.59 percent to village employees next year.
ST. MARYS - St. Marys City Schools officials said the district is having trouble with its call notification system.
Residents have reported receiving calls with no messages, receiving no notifications and receiving multiple calls, superintendent Shawn Brown said.
