* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Kenneth Brockman
Kenneth Ray Brockman, age 66, of Celina Ohio, died Friday, June 26, 2015 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born December 3, 1948 in Coldwater to the late Serernus & Rita (Stucke) Brockman.
He is survived by brothers David & Barb of North Star, and Daniel of Celina.
He is preceded in death by a sister-in-law Cynthia Brockman.
Kenneth was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Cranberry Prairie.
Mass of Christian Burial was held 10:30 AM on Monday, June 29, 2015, at St. Francis Catholic Church with Fr. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial followed in St. Francis Cemetery.
Calling was 1 to 4 PM on Sunday and from 9 to 9:45 AM on Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
