* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...East Central Auglaize County in west central Ohio... North Central Champaign County in west central Ohio... Western Logan County in west central Ohio... Northeastern Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Huntsville, Valley Hi, Mcmorran, Lewistown, Logansville, Bloom Center, Springhills and Lippincott.

Richard Reed
Richard L. 'Dick' Reed age 74, of Lima died 4:35 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015, at Lima Memorial.
He was born Oct. 26, 1940 to the late Ralph and Ruth Nadine Haruff Reed. He married Catherine Miller September 6, 1960 and she preceded him in death Sept. 15, 2011.
Mr. Reed retired from UPS after driving for them for 33 years. He was a member of the Eagles of Lima and enjoyed golfing with friends. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Reds fan and enjoyed spending time with his constant companion Maize, his beloved dog.
Survivors include 4 daughters: Ann Erpenbeck of Cincinnati, Ruth (Robyn) Reed, Missy Reed both of Louisville, KY and Heidi Reed of Lima, 3 grandchildren Jessica (Brian) Fanning, Bo (Rachel) and Michael Erpenbeck and a great granddaughter Harper Lee Fanning, a brother Bob (Janice) Reed of Lima, his dog Maize, a host of friends and the Taviano family.
He was preceded in death by a grandson Quenton Erpenbeck.
The family will receive friends 2-6 p.m. Sunday, July 5 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Putnam County Hospice and online condolences may be shared at BayliffAndSon.com.
