* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing brief cold air funnels this afternoon and evening. Several funnel clouds have already been spotted across west-central Ohio, with this feature potentially moving into central Ohio over the coming hours. Keep in mind, the majority of these funnels will not reach the ground, but if they do, gusty winds and minor damage may occur.

Ben Homan
Ben Homan age 19 of New Bremen, died in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 23, 2015.
He was born on December 13, 1995 in St. Marys to John and Jean (Schmitmeyer) Homan, who survive West of New Bremen.
Also surviving are his eight siblings Tony (Steph Beckman), Jack (Julie), Neil (fiancee, Brooke Pierron), Steve (fiancee, Kristi Luthman), Teresa, Jane, Dan, and Dave, his nephew John and niece Isabel. His grandparents Jane (Bill) Boeckman of Coldwater, and Alma Schmitmeyer of St. Henry.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Tony Homan and Ernest Schmitmeyer and his uncle Joe Schmitmeyer.
Ben was an active member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer of New Bremen where he was a Eucharistic Minister.
He was a 2014 graduate of the New Bremen High School where he was involved in football, basketball, and FFA. He was a student at the University of Northwestern Ohio in Lima, studying Agriculture Mechanics.
He was employed at Buschur Refrigeration, and also worked for the family business Homan Interiors.
Ben lived life to the fullest. His strong faith, outgoing personality, contagious smile, and big hugs will be missed by all who loved him.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen, with Rev. Robert Hadden, Deacon Greg Bornhorst, and Deacon Jerry Buschur officiating. Burial will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery of New Bremen.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 2:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Parish Center of Holy Redeemer, and from 8:30 until 9:30 Saturday morning at the church, at which time the rosary will be prayed.
