* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing brief cold air funnels this afternoon and evening. Several funnel clouds have already been spotted across west-central Ohio, with this feature potentially moving into central Ohio over the coming hours. Keep in mind, the majority of these funnels will not reach the ground, but if they do, gusty winds and minor damage may occur.

Diana Springer
Diana Kay Springer, 64, of Mendon, Ohio, formerly of Rockford, Ohio, died at 11:50 p.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.
She was born November 26, 1950, in Langley, Kentucky, the daughter of Miles and Kay (Webb) Frasure. On July 8, 1993, she married Jack L. Springer, and he survives in Mendon.
She had lived in Mendon the past 10 years, coming from Rockford. She was employed as a receptionist at the Van Wert County Recycling Center in Van Wert, Ohio.
She loved fishing and was an avid reader. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed trying new and different recipes. She had two dogs and a cat, which she dearly loved and were her best companions. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband Jack, is a son, Steve (Amanda) Kellem, Greenville, Ohio; numerous grandchildren; two brothers, Gary Frasure of Florida and Nathan Frasure of Sidney, Ohio; two sisters, Anita Lambert, of Kentucky; and Teresa Dutton, of Florida; her mother and father-in-law, Richard "Dick" and Lois "Jean" Springer of Rockford, Ohio; and a brother and sister-in-law, Rick (Lena) Springer, Wapakoneta, Ohio.
Deceased are her parents and a sister-in-law, Judy Flam.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Bob Atkins.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
