* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing brief cold air funnels this afternoon and evening. Several funnel clouds have already been spotted across west-central Ohio, with this feature potentially moving into central Ohio over the coming hours. Keep in mind, the majority of these funnels will not reach the ground, but if they do, gusty winds and minor damage may occur.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

John Rosengarten
John Albert Rosengarten, age 64 of Rockford, Ohio passed away at 1:30 a.m. on Monday August 24, 2015 at his residence.
He was born on May 20, 1951 to the late Lavern Henry & Mary (Dysert) Rosengarten. On Sept. 2, 1989 he married Carol Duerk, who lives in Rockford.
Also surviving are his sister & brothers-in-law Peg & Jack Bruggeman of Celina, Kim & Tony Marts of Toledo, Holly & Robert Roesch of Denver, CO, his sister-in-law Vicki Rosengarten of Toledo, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Reggie.
John was preceded in death by his brothers Steve, Michael and Edward Lee Rosengarten.
John graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1969. He served his country in the the United States Army in the 82nd Airborne Division. He was formerly employed at Huffy's Bicycle in Celina and the Honda Engine Plant in Anna.
He was a member of the Celina Moose Lodge, Celina American Legion Post #210 and the Mercer County Sportsman Association.
He was an avid Buckeye Fan and followed the Cincinnati Reds. He loved the outdoors, camping, Fishing and Wood Working.
A Celebration of John's Life will be held from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday Aug. 27, 2015 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County or the Community Health Professionals of Celina.
