Scattered snow showers will become more widespread through this afternoon and then likely linger into this evening before tapering off.
The snow showers will be capable of causing brief periods of reduced visibilities, especially this afternoon. In addition, brisk conditions will prevail with west winds gusting in the 30 to 40 mph range today.
Light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. While roads will remain mostly wet during the daytime hours, some slick spots may develop toward sunset as temperatures begin to drop below freezing.
Please be prepared for the changing weather conditions today and the potential for reduced visibilities when driving.

Kyle Borger
Kyle J. Borger, 18, Celina, passed away at his home, on October 12, 2015, at 7:30 A.M.
He was born on April 27, 1997 in Van Wert, OH, to Jeff A. and Stacy A. (Baker) Borger; both survive in Celina.
Other survivors include two brothers, Matt D. and Alex J. Borger, both of Celina; grandparents, Connie Slusher, St. Marys, Jeff Baker, Rockford, and Ron Creamer, Union City, IN.
Preceded in death by a grandmother, Mary Jane Creamer.
Kyle was a 2015 graduate from Celina Senior High School. He was a member of Celina First Church of God. His hobbies included, watching Dayton Dragon baseball, reading, listening to music, taking walks, camping, Challenger Baseball, and most of all going to school.
Visitation hours will be from 3-7 P.M., Thursday, October 15, 2015 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 AM on Friday in the funeral home, with Rev. Bruce Strine, officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Contributions can be made to the St. John Builders and or Challenger Baseball.
