Scattered snow showers will become more widespread through this afternoon and then likely linger into this evening before tapering off.
The snow showers will be capable of causing brief periods of reduced visibilities, especially this afternoon. In addition, brisk conditions will prevail with west winds gusting in the 30 to 40 mph range today.
Light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. While roads will remain mostly wet during the daytime hours, some slick spots may develop toward sunset as temperatures begin to drop below freezing.
Please be prepared for the changing weather conditions today and the potential for reduced visibilities when driving.

Elnora Cisco
Elnora M. Cisco, 89, St. Marys, passed away in her home, surrounded by her family on October 12, 2015, at 5:30 A.M.
She was born on December 11, 1925 in Celina. Norie was a 1943 graduate of Celina Senior High School. On August 22, 1945, she married Robert C. Cisco; he preceded her on June 30, 2012.
She retired from Goodyear after 30 years of service. She was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church.
She was a devoted wife, and loved spending time with her family. As our hearts ache for the physical loss of her, we find solace knowing that she is now with God. She is at peace. And for that, we are grateful.
She is survived by her children, Robert L. (Karen) Cisco of Celina, Judy (Roy) McGinnis of St. Marys, Veryl (Denise) Cisco of St. Marys, Sharon (Mike) Miller of Wapakoneta & Dennis (Krista) Cisco of Anna, Ohio, her sister, Bess Walters of Decatur, IN; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Bertha (Hull) Weyant, brother, James Weyant and sister, Vivan Harmon.
Visitation hours will be from 3-7 P.M., Wednesday, October 14, 2015 in the Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 AM on Thursday in the Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Rev. Lynn Huffman officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, St. Marys, OH.
Contributions can be made to the Wayne Street United Methodist Church Building Fund and/or Community Health Professionals of Celina.
