* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Robert Miller
Robert L. Miller, 84, of Bois Blanc Island, Michigan and formerly of Spencerville, died at 11:14 AM Saturday, January 9, 2016 in the Okeechobee Hospice House in Florida where he had resided since Christmas time following long health problems with his heart.
He was born August 7, 1931 in Celina, a son of Corwin Harold and Bernice Mae Fifer Miller, who are deceased. On August 19, 1950 he married Shirley J. Arthur, who died July 31, 1996.
Bob was employed for 40 years with the Buckeye Pipeline Company in Lima. In addition to his family he enjoyed his "Hit and Miss" one cylinder engines and his motorcycles over the years.
Surviving are four children; Debra Reynolds, Bobbie Morris and Becky (Gary) Sheeter, all of Spencerville and Scott (Gayle) Miller of Delphos; 12 grand, 19 great grand and 2 great great grandchildren and his significant other, Penny Rickwalt of Bois Blanc Island, MI., who cared for him for 18 years.
He was preceded in death by his brother; Corwin H. "Doc" Miller, Jr.and his infant sister; Alice Jean Miller and his infant daughter; Erica Miller.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Friday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with Pastor John Medaugh and Pastor Tom Shobe officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencerville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2/4 and 6/8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
