CELINA - With the decline of insects such as honeybees and butterflies, the Lake Improvement Association heard Saturday from John Kaiser, Ohio Division of Wildlife assistant management supervisor, on the need for increased pollinator habitat.
MONTEZUMA - Drinking water in Grand Lake Estates on state Route 219 has been deemed safe to drink without precautions.
The neighborhood had been under an Ohio Environmental Protection Agency lead advisory since last year. Its water system will face continued testing this year.
