As low clouds begin to clear overnight, conditions for fog development will become more favorable. Some dense fog is possible and may result in visibility of one quarter mile or less. ST. MARYS - John Schmitmeyer has closed his South Wayne Barber Shop after 56 years in business.
Schmitmeyer, 79, started his nearly 61-year career cutting hair at 19 years old. A neighbor in his hometown of Fort Loramie, Alfred Broerman, got him started in the trade.
