* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Karen Werntz
Karen Jean Werntz, 71, passed away at her residence in Celina, OH, on Monday, July 4, 2016 at 12:13 pm. 
She was born June 15, 1945 in Oxford, OH to John P. and Ann (Buttery) Moore, both preceded her in death. She married William "Bill" Werntz on December 12, 1985, he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include five children, Lisa (Steve) Hagerty, NC, Doug (Nan) Mielke, St. Marys, OH, Steve (Mary Beth) Mielke, St. Marys, OH, Elizabeth (Scott) Hemmelgarn, Troy, OH, and Kathryn (Mark) Moorman, Celina, OH; two step children, Mindy (Mike) Moore, Brookville, OH, and Brian (Casey) Werntz, Celina, OH; two sisters, Pam (Fred) Hirschfeld, Celina, OH, and Susie (Lee) Simon, Salem, OH; twenty four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Karen retired from Wilson Shoe Store in Celina after many years of service. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who had a very strong faith in God.
Memorial services will begin at 11:30 am on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am-11:30 am prior to the service. Private graveside service will be held at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH.
