* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Harold Depweg
Harold Joseph "Joe" Depweg, age 60 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday July 3, 2016 at his residence in Celina.
Joe was born on Nov. 5, 1995 in Ft. Recovery, Ohio to Harold W. & Dolores (Knapschaefer) Depweg. On July 14, 1992 he married Wendy Wuebker, who died January 30, 2014.
Survivors include his children Shawn Depweg, Ashley Nicole Depweg, Cody Depweg, Josh Regedanz, Trevor Wuebker all of Celina, five grandchildren Kamerun J. Depweg, Stephen Abbey, Jordan Abbey, Marissa Abbey, Jaden Abbey, and two sisters & brothers-in-law Pat & Gary St. Myer of Delaware, and Peg & Orville Jutte of Tenino, Washington.
Joe is preceded in death by his father Harold W. Depweg and his wife Wendy (Wuebker) Depweg.
He graduated from Ft. Recovery High School with the class of 1973. He was formerly employed at Walmart in Celina, in the Maintenance Department. Joe enjoyed watching sports.
Private family funeral services will be held at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Randy Christian officiating.
