Scattered snow showers will become more widespread through this afternoon and then likely linger into this evening before tapering off.
The snow showers will be capable of causing brief periods of reduced visibilities, especially this afternoon. In addition, brisk conditions will prevail with west winds gusting in the 30 to 40 mph range today.
Light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. While roads will remain mostly wet during the daytime hours, some slick spots may develop toward sunset as temperatures begin to drop below freezing.
Please be prepared for the changing weather conditions today and the potential for reduced visibilities when driving.

Marilyn J. Feaver (nee Schneider), age 86, passed peacefully at home July 22, 2016.
Cherished wife of the late Laurence E. Feaver; beloved mother of Nancy (Mike) Radke, Deb (Dave) Comodeca, Tim (Dewi) Feaver, and Jon Feaver (Vern Duba). Devoted grandmother of five; beloved sister of Shirley (Robert) Bruns, and the late Olive (Earl) Hill, and Vincent (Elaine) Schneider. Dearest aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Celebration of Life Monday, August 15, at Otterbein St. Marys Meyer Chapel, St. Marys, Ohio; friends may gather at 10:00 a.m., Service at 11:00. Inurnment August 16 at Pettisville Union Cemetery, Pettisville, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Otterbein St. Marys or UMCOR.
