* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gary Koch
Gary G. Koch, age 68, of St. Marys, died at 5:20 p.m., Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 29, 1947, in Delphos, to Eugene L. And Rose Mary (Heil) Koch who preceded him in death. On Jan. 9, 1993, he married Mary Stachler who survives in St. Marys.
Mr. Koch retired after over 32 years in maintenance at Goodyear. He enjoyed NASCAR as long as a Ford was winning. He enjoyed his dogs, loved camping, tinkering on cars and motorcycles and being a good neighbor. He was a 1966 graduate of St. Marys High School.
Also surviving are his children: Mike (Kristi) Koch and Robert Koch both of St. Marys, Jodie (Rob) Perkins of Celina, Maryann (Roger) Hesse of Spencerville, Robert (Lisa) Bye of Coldwater and Brad Bye of Ansonia; a brother, Richard Koch of Montezuma; seventeen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016, at his residence.
