Celina fire department personnel stand at attention Wednesday afternoon in front of the fire department as an ambulance carrying the body of former Celina firefighter Adam Long turns onto Livingston Street. Long had been a full-time Celina firefighter/paramedic from March 8, 1999, to Oct. 3, 2003, and a volunteer firefighter from Aug. 25, 2005, to March 7, 2008. The city issued a news release extending its condolences to his family after his unexpected death. Long's obituary appears in today's edition.
