* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... CELINA - Health insurance costs are impacting families and individuals across the nation, especially in Ohio, according to Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor, who is also the Ohio Department of Insurance director.
Taylor hosted a teleconference Friday morning, saying the number of insurance carriers participating in the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) exchanges has shrunk significantly for 2017. [More]
