* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Eileen Deeter
Eileen Deeter, age 92 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Sunday Nov. 13, 2016 at the Briarwood Village in Coldwater, Ohio.
She was born on Nov. 12, 1924 in Dayton Ohio to the late Paul H. & Edna M. (Wagner) Brown. On June 15, 1945 she married David O. Deeter, who died on July 25, 1985.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Daleen & Steve Keithley of Celina, grandchildren Jennifer & Kevin Jaynes of Columbus, J.D. Keithley of Celina and her sister & brother-in-law Sue & Roy Turton of Centerville.
She is preceded in death by her parents, son Kim Deeter, sisters and brothers-in-law Betty & Donald Thomas, Mary & Cecil Palmer and her brothers and sisters-in-law Thomas & Jean Brown and Robert & Eleanor Brown.
Eileen owned and operated the Maples Landing with her husband. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Waynesville Chapter, Active for 39 years with the Grand Lake Ducks Unlimited and a member of the Celina V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Post #5713.
Eileen loved to fish, duck hunt, work in her flower beds and cherished the time she spent making craft items with her daughter.
A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday Nov. 17, 2016 at the Centerville-Washington Township Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio, with Rev. Eric Muhlenkamp officiating.
