* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Rose Litmer
Rose J. Litmer, 100, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died on November 13, 2016, at The Gardens at St. Henry, St. Henry, Ohio.
She was born January 15, 1916, in Yorkshire, OH, to the late Frank and Regina (Zumbrink) Baumer. On May 5, 1934, she married the late Clarence "Jim" Litmer, who died December 31, 1962.
Surviving are her children, Tom (Eileen) Litmer of Fort Recovery, Dolores (Jim) Fortman of Fort Recovery, Ken (Linda) Litmer of Monroe, IN, Ron (Shirley) Litmer of Fort Recovery, Vern (June) Litmer of Miamisburg, OH and Linda (Bill) Stout of St. Henry; siblings, Mabel Cable of Greenville, OH and Leona (Ivo) Scott of Celina, OH; 21 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; and 23 great great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are two grandchildren, Tim Fortman and Deb Lewis; brothers, Robert Baumer and Joseph Baumer and her sisters, Matilda Baumer, Edna Wagner, Bernadine Baumer and Adella Baumer.
She was previously employed at the former Hartwig Poultry, Fort Recovery. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, and its Altar Sodality. Rose enjoyed sewing, quilting and reading.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, Fr. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Wednesday and 9:00 am-10:00 am Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
