* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Charles Miller Jr.
Charles W. "Skip" Miller Jr., 80, of Celina, OH passed away at his residence in Celina on January 5, 2017 at 12:25 pm.
He was born October 1, 1936 in Celina to Charles W. Sr. and Mary (Ashcraft) Miller, both preceded him in death. He married Delores M. Emery on September 9, 1960, and she preceded him in death on February 22, 2014.
Survivors include a sister, Sondra "Soni" (Tom) Sheehan, Noblesville, IN; a step-daughter, Patty Werst, Celina; two nephews, Kent Luedeke, Celina and Todd Luedeke, Carmel, IN; and five grandchildren, Jordan, Nicholas, Chelsea, Kristin, and Noah Sparks.
He was also preceded in death by two daughters, Terri Miller and Tammy Sparks.
He was a 1954 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He retired from New Idea in Coldwater after 25 plus years of service.
Skip enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, watching Cleveland Browns Football with his grandson Nicholas, fishing, and playing cards.
He was a member of Celina Moose, Celina Eagles Lodge 1291, Celina VFW Post 5713 and Celina American Legion Post 210.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
