* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

James Bourelle
James S. Bourelle, age 69 of Celina, Ohio went to be with the Lord at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday Jan. 8, 2017 at the Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Aug. 15, 1947 in Celina, Ohio to the late Donald E. and Virginia (Stover) Bourelle. On April 10, 1999 he married Janice Monroe, who survives.
Also surviving are his five children Mona & Don Sams of Celina, Kim & Todd Morden of Celina, Lindsey Bourelle of Celina, Kyle Bourelle of Van Wert, Stephanie & Alex Nagy of Morgantown, W.V., two step children Michael & Cortney Neely of Van Wert, Mark and Beck Neely of Wamego, KS, sixteen grandchildren Zach Sams, Marissa Sams, Megan Morden, Cory Morden, Kaden Bourelle, Kalman Nagy, Collin Heunen, Alexander Nagy, Liam Heunen, Vincent Nagy, Erik Nagy II, Logan Neely, Kyra Neely, Truex Neely, Owen Neely, Cowen Neely, a brother & sister-in-law Don & Jodi Bourelle of Willshire, sisters and brothers-in-law Karen & Marc Macrum of Ossian, IN, Melanie & Reg Hinchcliff of Grover Hill, Tami & Dorsey Roth of Leo, IN, and Lisa & Bob Brister of Willshire.
James was preceded in death by his grandson Sawyer Neely, maternal grandparents Wilbur & Bea Stover, and his paternal grandparents Russell & Alma Bourelle.
James graduated from Rockford High School in 1965. He was employed at Quality Welding and Fabrication in Elida, as a project manager for five years. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Van Wert and attended the New Start Church of God in Celina and was a member of the National Rifle Association.
James was a wonderful husband, father, brother and proud grandfather. He was a good Christian man who enjoyed hunting, camping and being on the lake on his boat. He was a hard-working, kind-hearted man that enjoyed helping other people.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday Jan 11, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio, with Rev. John Mobley officiating.
Friends may call from 2-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
